We finally got to drink the beer that we got from Wind River Brewery. Dark beer is bitter but this Porter wasn’t bitter in a bad way.

I added soy sauce and cut down on the ketchup. Next time I think I might eliminate the ketchup, increase the soy sauce and maybe eliminate the vinegar and corn starch. We will see. It was so pretty good though. Hank really liked it.
The dark beer and sweet sour chicken was such a good combo!
We ate and watched Eagle vs Shark. It was pretty funny in a Napoleon Dynamite type of humor. It was kinda a bitter sweet movie too. I’ve watched it twice in a week.
I really need to learn how to cook.
